Job Description

Customer Service Representative – Warrendale, PA
 
Kelly Services is currently seeking multiple Customer Service Representatives for one of our top insurance clients in Warrendale, PA.
As a Customer Service Representative placed with Kelly Services, selected candidate will support our client’s inbound call center for patients on their Rx re-orders, may have to occasionally speak with doctors/nurses. These positions are typically the first point of contact with the patients and will be working a fast-paced, call center environment. Bilingual speakers in Spanish are a plus.
*** Positions are a possible temp-to-hire based on client’s business needs at a pay rate of $14 per hour.

($15 per hour for selected candidates who are bilingual in Spanish.) ***

 
Additional responsibilities include:




  • Receive and place telephone calls.

  • Perform data entry and use software programs.

  • Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.

  • Must document all calls and evaluate each account to determine if further research is necessary.

  • Responsible for providing world-class service to our customers in an accurate, efficient, and professional manner.

  •  Required to meet productivity standards as set forth by the management team; and identify and report trends in call drivers to management.

  •  Requires close attention to accuracy, performs independently, subject to practices and procedures.



EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:




  • Requires a HS diploma or equivalent; and a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in customer service / call center experience.
    • Will look at retail customer service experience as well as high call volume positions.



  • Solid work tenure with a minimum of six (6) months at previous employers.



SKILLS:




  • Proficient in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to multi-task using multiple computer systems.

  • Dependability is a must.



Work Hours:




  • 9:30 am - 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
