College Profile: Divine Mercy University
The Institute for the Psychological Sciences is a graduate school affiliated with the Legion of Christ, a Catholic religious congregation. The school offers masters and doctoral degrees in psychology and clinical psychology. Its stated goal is to provide instruction that is consistent with the teachings of Catholicism. It was founded by Gladys Sweeney who believed that there was a need for a better understanding of the interrelationship between psychology and religion.
