Mission Statement
The College believes that the educational programs must promote excellence based upon the optimum fulfillment of students' capabilities as determined by their experiences, needs, and incentives. It accepts the responsibility to provide the maximum opportunity for its students to acquire the basic skills and knowledge to be intellectually curious and aesthetically aware, to think and work creatively, to achieve self-discipline and economic sufficiency, and to understand the obligations of democratic living.
