The Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree program is an excellent program that provides students with the preparation needed to sit for the certified managerial accounting (CMA) exam as well as the certified public accountant (CPA) exam in those states not requiring the fifth year of education. Students planning to take the exam in these states will take the CPA review courses as part of their undergraduate degree. Best of all, this program gets students out into the working world quickly, because it is designed to be completed in as little as 12 months if attending classes full time.
