Mission Statement
The Crownpoint Institute of Technology is a tribal technical college established and chartered by the Navajo Nation. The Crownpoint Institute of Technology will prepare Navajo and other students with a quality technical and vocational education, associate degrees, or community education in a higher learning setting. The college is committed to providing a student-oriented learning environment based on the Dine' philosophy of education: nitsahakees, nahat'a, iina, sihasin.
