Fashion Design (Associate Degree)
The Fashion Design program integrates artistic expression with technical proficiency and business skills for the marketplace. Students learn fashion basics from apparel design, construction, and drawing, to merchandising, production, and textiles. A highpoint for students is to show their line in the annual fashion show. This program also offers students computer and business training, as well as liberal arts studies. As a result, fashion design graduates are better prepared to assume leadership positions or to start their own business.
Fashion Merchandising (Associate Degree)
This program combines the principles of merchandise marketing with fashion-oriented courses to prepare students to buy, coordinate, display, and promote apparel and other consumer products.
Fashion Merchandising (Bachelor Degree)
The Baccalaureate program in Fashion Merchandising at Bay State College combines specific fashion courses, with classes in general education, and business in order to prepare graduates in careers that stress fashion knowledge, written and oral communication skills, aesthetic sensitivity, and management acumen. The ideal candidate for employment following graduation will have a well-defined fashion sense, marketing savvy, and the ability to communicate with a diverse group of individuals from clients, to co-workers, to suppliers, to executives. To that end, the Baccalaureate curriculum for the Fashion Merchandising program was designed to meet the professional needs of the graduate.
Hospitality Management (Bachelor Degree)
One of Bay State College?s more recent offerings, the Bachelor degree in Hospitality is a concentration in the management major and is designed to prepare graduates for positions in world-class hotels, resorts, spas, casinos and restaurants. You?ll learn from instructors with real-world experience. And you?ll benefit from internships through our strategic partnerships with companies such as Starwood Hotels and Walt Disney World.
Management (Bachelor Degree)
The Baccalaureate degree in Management at Bay State College prepares students for a variety of executive, administrative, and financial career opportunities. Combined with a curriculum that includes a strong general education component, 36 credits of required major-specific courses are mandatory for all Management. Degree candidates. In addition, students must complete 18 credits of program electives. This affords students the ability to specialize in the areas of Accounting/Finance or Marketing . Upon completion of the program, students may pursue a variety of careers:

One of Bay State College?s more recent offerings, the Bachelor degree in Marketing is a concentration in the Management major and is designed to prepare graduates for leadership positions in business.
Medical Assisting (Associate Degree)
This Associate Degree program, accredited by the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools, prepares students to work as medical assistants in both hospitals and private practices. The program also prepares graduates to sit for the registration examination for medical assisting. Many of our graduates have continued their education in nursing, surgical technology, biology, and medical technology.
