Aesthetics Skincare - Diploma (Diploma Program)
The Aesthetics Skincare program provides students training in the traditional holistic approach to skin care and includes additional training in the areas of make up and color analysis, mask and spa therapies, hair removal, enzyme treatments, pressure points massage, body wrapping, and Microdermabrasion. Students are introduced to medical pharmaceutical product protocols and will learn the principles of effective retailing and general business development as it relates to the practice of the skincare professional. Graduates from the program will demonstrate a basic and advanced understanding of the structure and function of the skin and how to apply skin care treatments through the effective utilization of product and equipment protocols. The Aesthetics Skincare Program prepares students for registration in the state of Florida as a registered facial specialist and certification in body wrapping. The registered graduate is qualified for entry-level employment as a registered facial specialist with training critical for employment opportunities in resort spas and medical facilities. The graduate can demonstrate communication and employability skills and can apply professional and appropriate ethics to all areas of the job.
Health Information Management (Medical Billing and Coding) - Associate (Associate Degree)
The Health Information Management program is a combination of general education and professional courses concentrating in the business component of health care. Graduates of the program are prepared as entry-level practitioners. Upon successful completion of the program, graduates will be prepared to work in clinics, insurance companies, doctor?s offices, hospitals and other health care affiliates. In addition, this program aims to develop the student into a well-rounded individual through its general education component.
Medical Assisting - Associate (Associate Degree)
The objective of this program is to provide students with a background in office skills and clinical skills necessary to assist physicians in examining and treating patients. With the medical coursework, the students? training is focused toward employment in medically-related fields such as doctors? offices, hospitals and clinics; however, graduates are also prepared to obtain employment in offices outside of the health field. In addition, this program aims to develop the student into a well-rounded individual through its general education component.

Practical Nursing - Diploma (Diploma Program)
The objective of this program is to prepare the graduate for employment as a practical nurse. Graduates of this program are eligible to take the state licensure examination to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Licensure is required for employment as a practical nurse. The content includes theoretical instruction and clinical experience in medical, surgical, obstetric, pediatric, and geriatric nursing in both acute and long term care situations; personal family and community health concepts; human growth and development over the life span; body structure and function; interpersonal relationship skills, mental health concepts; pharmacology and administration of medications; legal aspects of practice; and current issues in nursing. The program includes CPR, HIV and infection control.
